The 30 & 1 group is a fellowship group, meeting the lst Saturday evening of each month, excluding January, July and August. We enjoy snacks and table games at the church at 6 PM. Everyone is welcome to join us.
This group was formed in the mid 40’s as a young adult Sunday School class, 30 adults and one teacher. Through the years this group gave quarterly payments to the general Church fund and helped support three young people from our church as they pursued their study to be ministers. In the early years this group worked on projects to help fund our church, such as picking up corn from the fields and later having Rummage Sales for many years. It continues to be a lively group that is always welcoming of newcomers.
